At this age, the question isn't whether they use it. The question is whether they learn from it, or just paste in whatever it hands them. This training is about that: how to get real knowledge out of it, and where the line is that's not worth crossing.

For high schoolers
For students between fourteen and eighteen who already use AI every day, but no one has shown them how to learn with it instead of letting it do the work. For a school class, an exam-prep group, or booked directly by parents.
No prior knowledge needed, and it's not about programming. Whether someone has only ever asked simple questions or already writes their own prompts, they'll find something new here — because the focus isn't on the tool, it's on what they do with it.
Four topics that actually matter
Learning, not copying
How to ask for explanations, practice problems, and self-checks — in other words, how to use it to learn instead of having it do the work for you. This is also the difference between a good grade and a bad one.
Where the line is
What counts as help and what counts as submitting someone else's work. How it usually comes to light, what schools say about it, and why it's a worse deal than it looks.
College admissions and final exams
Exam-topic outlines, essay structure, oral practice with an AI quiz partner. This is where AI genuinely helps — if you don't ask it for the finished answer.
Your first resume and portfolio
Student jobs, internships, first job: how to write a resume and cover letter with it that doesn't read like a template, and how to credibly show that you know how to use AI.
Four hours, on your own work
In person, online, or on-site. Everyone works on their own material — a current test, exam topic, or assignment — because this can't be learned from generic examples. Ideal group size is 8–16 people, with two trainers for a full class.

Frequently asked questions
Aren't you teaching them how to cheat?
No — and that's actually one of the backbones of this training. We spell out exactly where the line is: explanations, outlines, checks, and practice problems are help; submitting text you didn't write is cheating, whether or not it gets caught. We also go through how it usually comes to light. We never have students produce a finished assignment during the training.
My child already uses it anyway. What does this add?
That's exactly why it's worth it. Most teenagers use it by asking a question and pasting in the answer — without checking it, often with poor results. The training adds what's missing: when to trust it, when not to, and how to actually learn something from it.
Do they need their own account?
Not quite the way most people assume. Under 18, most providers' terms require parental consent, and some tools are explicitly restricted to users 18 and over — the often-quoted age of 16 is the Hungarian data-protection consent threshold, not the provider's own age limit. So before the training we clarify which tool we're using and under what permission; for school groups, we coordinate this with the institution.
How long does it take?
Typically four hours, with a break. In a school setting it can be split into two sessions; the second one then focuses on entrance exams and the resume.
