Who is AI training for?
Anyone who works with text, data, or customers on a daily basis — no technical background required. We have dedicated formats for whole teams, executives, developers, and children and young people; in every case, we tailor the material to participants' real work tasks.
Can I take training as an individual or sole proprietor?
Yes. We don't only work with companies and teams: you can come to us for training as a sole proprietor or private individual, request consulting, and we take on development work too. In these cases we typically work one-on-one or in a small mixed group, over a shorter format. We always tailor the price to the task, so you'll get a custom quote — tell us what you do, and we'll reply within 48 hours.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. If you can write an email, you can learn to use AI tools. For our advanced courses (the prompt engineering masterclass, developer training), a basic level of routine is helpful — we'll discuss this with you beforehand.
Are the trainings held online or in person?
Both are available: a live online workshop, on-site training at your location, or a hybrid format. Every session is live and interactive — we don't sell pre-recorded video courses.
Should I use ChatGPT or Claude?
It depends on the task: ChatGPT is the broadest general-purpose tool, while Claude excels at analyzing long documents and high-quality writing. We're tool-agnostic — in your quote, we'll tell you which one is worth it for your tasks, even if that means a free plan.
Is our company data safe?
Yes, if it's set up correctly — and that's exactly what we teach. We show you what data handling each tool promises, how to turn off using your data for training purposes, and what you should never share with any AI.
How much does training or consulting cost?
Training fees depend on group size and format, and consulting fees depend on project scope — tell us what your company does, and we'll give you a fixed quote, with no hidden costs.
How quickly does it pay off?
The most common first result is less time spent on routine tasks, often within the first few weeks — quote writing, correspondence, reports. For every project, we define upfront what we'll measure the return against, and we verify it with a 30-day follow-up.
